About this Club

We are a medium sized running and trail running group.
On Mondays we have a club run at 6pm
On Thursdays at 6:15pm we have a time trial with choices of 5km and 8km. This is followed by our social night
We are a friendly bunch who are passionate about our sport but more passionate about our relationships
