Knaresborough EBRC

Knaresborough Early Bird Run Crew meet at 6:30 am by the town square cross on Mon, Tue, Thurs & Fridays. Due to the market, meet outside the toilets in Castle Yard on Wednesday.
Its free, fun, and friendly; run jog or walk and if your time allows, join us for coffee in Caffe Nero afterwards. Some routes are mixed road and trail. In winter months, head/chest torches and high vis are recommended. Knaresborough has hills but don’t worry about being slow, its a social run not a race.
