Why can't I access the Premium features when I have paid for Premium membership?

This can happen for a number of reasons:

  • If you have just upgraded your account, there may have been a delay in our system receiving the payment confirmation. Please sign out and sign back in again to refresh your login session.

  • If you left the website open in a browser tab and haven't used it for a while, it is possible that you login session may have expired before you navigated to the Route Planner. Please sign out and sign back in again to refresh your login session.

  • We also recommend signing in before loading the route planner page. If you want to avoid any adverts during the sign-in process, please sign in via the Sign In page at https://www.plotaroute.com/signin

You can check your account status on your My Account page. If you are still having difficulties, please Contact Us for further help.
