Why does the new password I've requested not work?

 

A.

If you have made more than one request to reset your password, you need to use the latest password that we sent, as this will supersede any earlier ones and they will no longer work. 

If your new password hasn't arrive within a few minutes, please check your Spam folders and also confirm that you have entered your email address correctly. 

Please also make sure that you enter the new password exactly as sent, without any space characters before of after it.
