After recent iphone updates, plotaroute wont upload routes to my Garmin Edge Explore 2 via Garmin connect without asking me to pay a subscription to OS Maps. I have always had Plotaroute Premium membership so this should not be necessary.
I have tried switching both phone and Garmin off -no use. Tried disconnecting the garmin device and resyncing afresh - no use.
Has anyone else had this issue or got any ideas?
Great, thanks for upgrading. We've fixed the problem you had, so if you like the Premium membership and want to renew in a year's time it should work OK next time!

We're looking into the issue. It looks like it might be connected with the + sign in your email address. Would you mind selecting the Paypal option instead - you can normally pay using a card under this option without having to create a Paypal account. If that's not an option let us know.
I would like to upgrade to premium but there is only the error message "Sorry, there was a problem processing your transaction. No payment has been taken. Please refresh the page and try again." every time I click on "secure checkout". I'm never asked for credit card details.

Sorry Milissa, Premium membership doesn't change this - the plotaroute logo is still displayed when you download a route as an image.
Looking at upgrading to Premium, just wondering if you can answer the following.
We design guides for tourism - we need mapping that doesn't include watermarks, does the premium option remove the PlotaRoute watermark when saving as image?
