  To add my voice, I've been hampered a few times due to the poor reception in some places in regularly run & walk. I don't often use the app for nav but it's very useful when one becomes "locationally challenged"!

  Sorry for the late reply.

  I know it's not the same, but have you tried linking your account to Visorando and using the Visorando app?
  The Visorando app offers the possibility to download routes and maps offline, which prevents the issues you're currently facing with the Plotaroute web app.
