Hi Steve - I think it could have been caused by a technical issue we had on one of the servers yesterday, which affected processing of very large routes. Hopefully it should be working OK now. Apologies.
On many of my longer route I am suddenly getting the error "Sorry, a problem occured loading this route. Please try later". This is on Safari, Chrome and even another user's account. Routes have not changed from a few months and were loading 12 hours ago. Is something broken at your end?
edit, just started working again.... any ideas?
