Garmin Sync not working

    Hi all, the Garmin route link stopped working for me to this week. I have tried the usual troubleshooting of disabling the link and re starting it but still not working. Does anyone know if plot a route will fix this?

    Hi Julien,

    I also noticed the problem since 23-Oct. And today it is still not working.

    The last successful sync for me was on 16-Oct. I didn't use this function between 16 to 23 Oct. 

    I did some troubleshooting today.

    1. I created a route on Strava and it auto synced to Garmin. So I guess the issue is not solely caused by Garmin service.

    2. I tried revoke the Garmin Link in Plotaroute, relink, created a new route and starred it on 9:50am SGT 27-Oct. On 10:05am the star is still grey.

    Hi Julien

    I already tried that - turned off sync, then removed and renabled it at both ends, no joy.  I created a really short route a couple of hours ago and that's not gone over either.

    It has been working for me for years - never had a problem before, just started failing sometime this week :-(

    Hi all

    Garmin sync seems to have stopped working for me earlier this week.  I've tried turning it off and on again, even disconnecting and reconnecting, but my starred routes are staying determinedly grey :-(

    Any bright ideas?
