Sadly no, this isn't something you can change right now.
The simplest solution I can think of, if you're on your Computer, would be to zoom in on the page (not on the map).

I like to see Distance Markers along my Route, however I cannot read the Mileage as the text is so tiny. Is there a setting to increase text size ?
