How do I do this when plotting a route and also can I view an existing route in either?

Hi Ron - if you click the Settings icon in the top right corner of the route planner (a gear symbol) you can then change between km and miles as well as change various other settings.

I don't seem to have a Settings Icon! How do I swap between M and Km?

You should see the Settings icon in the top right corner of the route planner as per the picture below:

I too thought I was missing the settings icon, but it's there - it's just invisible for some reason.
If you mouseover the top right next to your name, your cursor should change - just click, and the settings should appear.
Website devs should probably fix this.

Can you let me know what browser you are using please and I'll see if I can recreate the problem here?
