For those that like a bit of early morning speed.
Coffee at McDonalds followed by full throttle to the Tring roundabout for a few laps of scratching on this mini racetrack shaped junction. Then back south on the A41 hard on the gas as you dip and dive past Maccy D’s again to the M25 for a quick entrance and exit onto the M1 north, off at Hemel and back onto the M1 south via one of the best slip roads in the country. Keep it pinned for the big sweeping left hander as you fire down the A414. Flick it through the Park St roundabout and feel the compression as you enter the next esses right the way round the London Colney roundabout and crest into a fast left hander, then feel the G’s as you keep it nailed into the rollercoaster right . At the Park St roundabout it’s 2nd exit up the short hill and as quick as you dare across the mini roundabout, scratching over the top of M25 J21a and back down onto the M25 where you join like a pinball fired into the game. Off the M25 at Jnc 20 and up the hill past Hemel and down for the massive sweeping left. Pull into McDonalds like nothing’s happened and breath.

About the Calorie Calculator

Our Calorie Calculator estimates how many Calories you will burn using Metabolic Equivalent (MET) values from Compendium of Physical Activities. The Compendium idenitifes the relative energy cost of undertaking various activities compared with doing nothing. We then combine this with your weight and the estimated duration of the activity, taking into account the length of the route and the hills involved, to estimate the total Calories burned.

When selecting an Activity setting, select the speed you would normally travel at on flat ground.

Please remember, the estimated number of Calories is just a guide and the actual number of Calories burned may vary depending on other factors such as weather and terrain.
