Detoured Long Route 32.5km (2405m Ascent)
A challenging route through the High Fells from Seathwaite up to Brandreth, down into Wild Ennerdale and back up and through Black Sail Pass, down to Wasdale Head, then up to summit Scafel Pike, then over to Glenmara before returning to Seathwaite.
With water refill point in Wasdale head and an option detour after Sca Fell, skipping Glenmara ascent, should on the day conditions require it
