Wanderfestival Kleinwalsertal - Gold-Strecke
Het gouden parcours van “Hike the Valley” is ongeveer 23 kilometer lang en heeft een hoogteverschil van ongeveer 1000 meter.
Voor alle ambitieuze en ervaren wandelaars is dit parcours een persoonlijke uitdaging te midden van de prachtige natuur van het Kleinwalsertal. Geïnspireerd door de unieke sfeer van het evenement, overtreffen ervaren wandelaars zichzelf op dit technisch en fysiek veeleisende parcours en mogen ze bij de finish trots zijn dat ze het koninklijke parcours hebben volbracht. De Gold-route loopt in etappes over een alpine pad en is bedoeld voor ervaren wandelaars. De route voert over deels blootgestelde stukken en vereist absoluut geen last van hoogtevrees en een vaste tred.
Na de start bij het Walserhaus in Hirschegg loopt de route via Rohrweg en Schöntalweg omhoog naar het bergstation van de Heubergbahn en verder over de panoramische Oberen Höhenweg. Daarna gaat het verder langs de Ochsenhofer Köpfe en omlaag naar het Schwarzwassertal. Door het Hirschegger stadsdeel Wäldele loopt de route naar de finish bij het Walserhaus in Hirschegg.
