Bergtour Über Die Gehrenspitze Zur Kanzelwandbahn
Het wandelpad loopt vanaf het begin steil omhoog. Door het bos over wortelpaden langs de Riezler Alpe naar de top van de Gehrenspitze. Kort voor de top komt het pad uit het bos en na de steile klim is het aangenaam om even uit te rusten op de topbank van de Gehrenspitze. Van daaruit gaat het, met een prachtig uitzicht op het Kleinwalsertal en de Allgäu, langs de bergkam naar het bergstation Kanzelwand. Vanaf het bergstation Kanzelwandbahn zijn er nu verschillende mogelijkheden om af te dalen; hetzij via de beherste Innere Kuhgehrenalpe, hetzij comfortabel met de Kanzelwandbahn naar beneden. Voor de verdere route vanaf het bergstation Kanzelwand gaat u over de Kuhgehrensattel en over bergweiden naar beneden naar de Innere Kuhgehrenalpe. Van daaruit gaat u via haarspeldbochten naar beneden naar de Brandalpe en door de Hirschegger wijken Nebenwasser en Dürenboden naar het Walserhaus.
