This was a new route in order to take in the full length of the Whyte gate Way, after a very dry summer. Whytegate Way leads into virtually the centre of Windsford, without crossing the river and then a few suburban lanes to exit Winsford on the SW corner onto a few lovely lanes. It’s then a meander around the Cheshire flats, after Rose Farm that is. Finishing through Delamere forest, back into Delamere station. Fairly flat route to be fair considering the route crosses the Sandstone Ridge.
