MRC Churchill Double Loop
Follow Roughtown down until you pop out on Mcr Rd.
Turn left on to Manchester Rd and continue until joining canal on your left opposite Tollemarche Arms pub.
Follow the canal until Halls Av, after the Kingfisher pub. Exit and turn left on to Wellington Road to reach Churchill playing fields.
Do 2 loops of the field (or 1 if you just want 10k) and then head back to canal.
Leave the canal just after the Kingfisher/Tesco and come back via Chapel Road, turning left up on to Oldham Rd. Follow Mossley Rd, Stockport Rd, Market St back to base.
