Rondje Flevopolder
Zoek je een uitdaging? Fiets de hele Flevopolder rond. Je blijft vrijwel de hele route over de duiken die het mogelijk maken dat de Flevolandse grond 6 meter onder NAP ligt. De route gaat tegen de klok in en daarmee heb je aan je rechterhand het water en aan je linker hand de bodem van wat vroeger ook water was. Je hebt 145 km de tijd om het hoogteverschil tussen beiden te bestuderen. Eerst fiets je de hele oostelijke oever van het Markerkeer af. Daarna volgen het Gooimeer, Eemmeer, Nijkernauw, Nuldernauw, Wolderwijd, Veluwemeer, Drontermeer, Revemeer, Vossemeer, Keteldiep en het Ketelmeer. Aan water geen tekort en vaak vergezeld met een mooi strandje. Aan je andere hand komen o.a. de Oostvaardersplassen, Noorderplassen, Cirkelbos (kunst met bomen), Horsterwold (grootste loofbos van Europa), Roggebotbos en prachtige Flevolandse vergezichten voorbij. Klinkt dat rondje nog steeds saai?
