De Grens (Emmeloord)
Je rit begint kronkelend door de Burchttocht, een natuurstrook die is aangelegd om overtollig water bij extreme regenval op te vangen. Via het Kuinderbos steek je de grens over naar het plaatsje Lemmer in de zuidwestpunt van Friesland. De volgende 35 km laveer je op de grens tussen het nieuwe en het oude land. Je snelt over de Grietenijdijk, de scheidslijn tussen Friesland en de Noordoostpolder. Je keert terug Flevoland in met een lus door het Kuinderbos, het grootste en oudste bos van de Noordoostpolder. Bij Kuinre draai je de oude zeedijk weer op. Je passeert plaatsen als Blankenham, Baarlo en Blokzijl. Wielen achter de dijk herinneren aan dijkdoorbraken uit het verleden. Stop bij Paviljoen het Proeflab voor een koffiebreak in het Waterloopbos, een voormalige proeftuin voor waterwerken van over de hele wereld. Terug in de polder doemt het voormalige schiereiland Oud-Kraggenburg op. Na een lus door het Voorsterbos steek je via Marknesse door naar het eindpunt van de route.
