Vennbahn Etappe 4
Vanaf het oude treinstation in Waimes loopt de Vennbahn langs weelderig groene en licht golvende heuvels. Een ideale plek voor paardenkoppels die in het Wolfsbusch te zien zijn. In de richting van Montenau ruikt men de geur van vers gerookte Ardense ham. In Born loopt de route onder het indrukwekkende Freiherr-von-Korff viaduct door en verder naar het levendige stadje St. Vith. In het plaatselijke geschiedenismuseum “Zwischen Venn und Schneifel” kan men zich onderdompelen in het bewogen verleden van de Vennbahn.
