Waterlinie Utrecht-zuid
Wat je zeker niet wilt missen is Fort Vechten, met het interactieve Waterliniemuseum. Ook kom je langs de Plofsluis en fiets je over het Eiland van Schalkwijk. Nergens is het waterlinielandschap zo goed bewaard gebleven als hier met de vele forten, kanalen en Gedekte Gemeenschapsweg. Een bezoek aan het imposante Fort Honswijk is zeer de moeite waard. Wil je even uitrusten kies dan voor een terrasje in het Oude Dorp van Fietsstad Houten of plof neer bij de Laagravense Plassen.
