Turn left onto Constantia Main Road
Turn left onto Spaanschemat Road
Turn right onto Ladies Mile road
Continue straight - cross over onto Parish Road
Continue straight
Turn left into Southern Cross - all the way to the top
Turn right into Rhodes Drive and continue straight all the way to Kirstenbosch drive.
Turn right into Kirstenbosch Drive.
Turn right into Riverside Road, continue all the way down
Turn right onto Edinburgh Drive
Continue to the top of Edinburgh Drive - cross the foot bridge over the highway onto Upper Primrose Road
Carry on straight into Klaasens Road and turn left into Rhodes Drive
Turn left into Hohenhort Avenue
Turn left into Spilhaus Avenue
Continue straight onto Alphen Drive
Carry on Straight until you reach Constantia Main Road
Turn right and return to the gym
