Cedar Grove 4 Mile Loop
Head out on Old Bideford Close towards Aldi on main road.
Keep on path towards Costa and then cross road to sainsburys side.
Run towards Lidl to Crem cut thru and up Old Torrington road.
Half way down sticklepath hill to Westfield Ave
Westfield Ave towards Susies and at roundabout head up towards Lyndhurst Ave.
Lyndhurst Ave, Oakland Park South, Ellerslie road.
Main road down bickington, down Tews Lane and up by roundswell school. Carry on the old bideford road but go in Westermoor drive and follow road round until bottom of Coopers Drive. SHOULD HIT 4 MILES JUST BEFOEE YOUR HOUSE
