Malerweg Etappe 1, Reisdag 6,9 Km D+171 D-101
We starten de wandeling in Liesbethal bij de kerk, waarna we eerst omlaag naar de rivier de Wesenitz wandelen om deze te volgen. We worden getrakteerd op hoge steenmassa's en mooie uitzichten. Wagner gedenkteken kunnen we even beklimmen en op de knop duwen, zodat we Wagner ook kunnen horen.
We lopen geleidelijk omhoog via Mühlsdorf en trotseren vandaag 2 echte bulten met mooie vergezichten. Er staan zeer veel bankjes aan deze route, op 3,7 en 4 km bankjes op uitzichtspunten, daarna nog 3 op de route omlaag
We dalen steil af naar de Lohmener Klamm met waterval. Stenen genoeg voor een mooie pauze. Daarna weer steil omhoog. Hoogste punt van de dag bereiken we net voor we Lohmen inlopen. Bij een bushalte met abri waarachter je kunt parkeren, worden we opgehaald.
