when pavement ends - on to grass and head for the leisure centre and back on to the path
follow the path to the parkrun bin and go down the hill and round to the left -
over the wooden bridge and first left -
go down to Malcolm's corners and go left and over the wooden bridge.
Go left and follow the road round to the corner where you can go back into the green way
Run along the green way tback into the park until you come to the hill that head backs to the clubhouse.
Go back to clubhouse
