WNR 5.2 From The Dub Via Shaws Bridge
Continue on the main road past Shaw's Bridge to the Traffic lights at The Plaza hotel. Crossover and run past the entrance to the Rugby Club, in through the gravel carpark and down onto the Towpath at Lock keepers.
Cross to the Lock keepers side and run the towpath back towards Shaw's Bridge, come up onto the main road. Continue past the carpark at the Dub, down to the entrance at Dub Lane (just past the row of shops), come back into the complex and run back up to the start area.
