6.3 Miles | Fort Spring → Alderson

Stage 2 of The Greenbrier 20 puts competitors on the Greenbrier River for a 6.3-mile paddle from Fort Spring back toward Alderson.

Along the way, racers will pass Anvil Rock, the largest rock on the Greenbrier River, navigate Rattlesnake Rapids, and paddle past historic Camp Greenbrier before continuing downstream toward Alderson and exiting the river at Alderson Mini Park.

From there, competitors make their final transition. The bike and kayak are behind them. 3.1 miles on foot remain.

STAGE 1 — BIKE: 10.6 Miles
STAGE 2 — KAYAK: 6.3 Miles
STAGE 3 — RUN: 3.1 Miles
