Westwood park car park turn left into woods then cross over Bell Ln into Lane Wood continue on main track and turn right just before footpath exists from Lane Wood run down footpath reconvene at bottom of hill. Drills and strides then 6 x 30 sec hill efforts. Then Tempo run in the wood retracing outrun and turn left at the top of the hill before exiting wood onto Bell Ln then left onto footpath and then downhill to start point approx 1.45miles. A second lap is an option for those feeling strong. Easy jog back to car park via tempo loop.
