Uitwaaien Langs De Uiterwaarden (Tiel, Druten)
Zoals je van ons gewend bent, kom je onderweg leuke afstapmomenten tegen om je route compleet te maken. In Ochten vind je De Verschzaak, een authentieke boerderijwinkel in de oude stallen, waar nu een uitgebreid assortiment van lokale producten te vinden is. De Verschzaak staat bekend om de dagelijkse verse aanvoer vanuit de regio, wat bijdraagt aan een sterke lokale keten in de Betuwe.
Fiets langs de dijken, passeer charmante dorpjes en uitgestrekte uiterwaarden, en ontdek de smaken van de Betuwe. De route leidt je langs heerlijke plekjes en interessante stops. Als je met de auto komt, is parkeren geen probleem; begin je tocht bij Recreatiepark De Markplas in Opheusden of De Verschzaak in Ochten, waar voldoende parkeergelegenheid is om je fietsroute te starten.
Let op: Het pontje tussen Druten en Dodewaard is tijdelijk uit de vaart!
Vaart de pont niet? Ga vanaf knooppunt 59 bij Druten naar 87-86. Bij 86 steek je Prins Willem-Alexanderbrug over en volg je: 85-50-51-52-44 (en eventueel nog door naar 02-43-67). De fietsroute wordt hierdoor 12 km langer.
