Left at Cemetery, up towards Emerald
Pass Lumko High school (2km)
Left at Emerald Circle
Right at Rosedale, towards Nates (3km)
Right at Amalinda Main road
Down towards CTM/SOHCO flats
Left at Sohco flats
Pass Baptist Church (5km)
Start of the loop
Right into Laurel. Right at Rugby, Vrede. Left at Fairbank. Turn right at Koch. (loop finished)

Liddard (the 'Intara Hill') (7km)
Left at Lombard, right at McGovern
Left at Rosedale (8km)
Right at Goodall
Left at Plymen Place
Right at Laburnum and emerge at Methodist Church
Join Amalinda Main road (8.5km)
Turn right at Robot to join Woolwash road
Cross the bridge at Woolwash
Proceed at Woolwash and turn right into Doreen Road to finish 10km.
