AQUATHLON
Second Leg: SWIM 1KM
1. Start: Dive into the water from the Dive Pontoon.
2. Course Format:
• Complete 1 rectangular lap, parallel to the shoreline.
• Swim in an anti-clockwise direction, keeping buoys on your left shoulder during turns
• 475m swim, followed by a 50m turn, then another 475m swim back to the pontoon.
3. Finish: Exit the water via the Run-up Ramp (RR) at the pontoon
4. Swim-Out: Run 180m to the Transition Area.
5. Transition 2: Start the Swim-to-Run #2 leg.
6. Completion:
• This marks the END OF THE SWIM LEG! 🏊🏼
