Hi everyone,
Just updating this topic with the help desk answer I just sent to Ian: the search feature does seem to have an issue when plotting on a mobile device.
I've reported this to the devs to investigate.I'll update this topic as soon as possible.

This is the page I'm having trouble with when you tap the small magnifying glass on the left hand side it's greyed out and doesn't let me search for a location, when I tap the large magnifying glass on the right it takes me to my bookmarked places

Hi Ian,
I'm not sure I understand the "the page comes up" part of your message.
On which screen are you trying to search for a location?
The "Locate Map" search bar at the top left corner of the route planner?
If so, this doesn't seem to be a general issue, as it works fine for me:

Hi I've renewed my subscription and now when I try and search for a place the page comes up but won't let me type it in the box, so effectively l cannot plot a route in a country that I'm visiting unless I know where it is ????. Many thanks.
