    Hello Plotaroute/Visorando,

    Thank you for your efforts. However, the Trails Map, Cycle Map and Transport Map are still not displaying for me on Plotaroute. If you would kindly reactivate these Map Types it would be appreciated. Thank you.

    Hi Mark,

    This might be a cache or ISP issue, because those maps work fine for me, and I also checked your account to make sure.

    I just sent you a message via our help desk to investigate this further. Please let me know if you didn't receive the message.

    Thank you for your reply. I am afraid I did not receive the message that you sent via your help desk. Would you kindly resend please.

    For information, all the maps in Visorando display properly. The problem is just the Trails Map, Cycle Map and Transport Map in Plotaroute. I have tried different browsers but with the same results. I have also tried a hard refresh (Cmd + Shift + R on MacOS) of the pages but with no success.

    Hi Mark,

    I'm sorry to hear that the support messages aren't reaching you. Let's try to resolve this here instead.

    So this isn't a browser issue and doesn't seem to be a cache issue either.

    Have you tried on another device?

    If you can test this, do you get the same result when you're using a Wi-Fi connection or a cellular one?

    Some while back, we had an issue with ISP blacklisting some of our tile servers. This mainly happened with Virgin Media and Sky Broadband.
    You can find the workarounds we and the community shared in this topic.

    I am glad that the matter of not receiving support messages has been resolved. Thank you for your efforts.
     
    Thank you too for directing me to the forum topic "OS Maps not loading for plotting routes". I am pleased to inform that your workaround posted in May 2025 entitled "Blank Map Issue with Virgin Media" has sorted my issue!
     
    I have been with Virgin media for a while and have not changed my security settings so it is a mystery why this issue suddenly started and why it only affected certain maps and not other maps. However, I am very grateful for your prompt and helpful suggestion!

    The devs will keep looking into a permanent fix for this ISP issue.
