There is a bit of steady climbing, from Eaton up on to the Sandstone ridge and pan flat finish back.
Cafe options for a Monday ride hence, Crows Nest cafe Kelsal. But Walk Mill cafe the rest of the week
Although the Crows Nest is better value. Normally a bit early after 16 miles, but on the really cold rides you need it and this route is almost all gently up for the first half and across the wind from Tattenhall.
