make sure to bring your light, give way for pedestrians, have fun and RUN LIKE A GIRL!!!!!
Starting at PRG>right onto parade>Victoria Terrace>right onto Spencer Street> past the big Manor House>right onto York Road>right onto Adelaide Road>Cross over at crossing>Left> right onto Archery Road>into park through the gates for more instructions. a couple of loops around v-park (2 takes you to 4km, 3 takes you to 5km).
Leaving park past the gym equipment at opposite end of the par> follow the river to the right, under the bride to York Promenade and back into the PRG. Feel free to add extra loops of PRG to get to your goal distance.
