Starting at the pull off area in Lowmans , near the butcher overlooking Kingstown.

Follow the main road into Kingstown, followed by 2 full laps of the capital (from hospital corner to KCCU uptown, back down to Clear harbor and back up again)

Upon completing 2 laps, you continue the venture on the main road towards Peace memorial hall all the way to the top of Sion Hill, down Casson Hill all the way down to the decommissioned ET Joshua tarmac.

Enter the tarmac and do a full lap (1 run down and 1 run up) then proceed to go the long way around the tarmac, towards KFC and the round-a-bout all the way down the arnos vale stretch.

The route maintains the mainroad straight to the very end of the Calliaqua playing field right before the uphill that heads into Rathomill.

Proceed to venture back the other way staying on the mainroad all the way back to the Tarmac, this time taking the short way across the bridge from the "Options supermarket" to the Tarmac.

Concluding this run is a lap on the tarmac ( run down and up) until your distance calibrates as achieving the 21.1 km mark! :)
