MRC 10 Smiles
Take a left on Hillside avenue, just after the turn for Coverhill Rd, and follow it round popping out on station Rd - the one with Grotton coop on the end. Turn left and carry on all the way to Goodwick Rd (junction with Balloon world on it)
Follow glodwick Rd until the end, turning left on to Abbey Hills. Keep going until left at Lees New Rd. Follow that to the end until turning right on to knowls Lane and then Thornley Lane. At the end turn right and head back down to club.
This is 10 miles with a loop of the warm up at the beginning or end.
