Start at the cafe in St Nics park - set off clockwise past the fairground and at the end of that path turn L to exit the park - turn R onto Emscote Road and cross over to the other side - keep going down Emscote Road until the 3-way junction with Warwick and Rugby Rds (just after the bridge) - take the left fork onto Rugby Rd - at the Vauxhall Garage turn L onto Old Milverton Rd and keep going - if you get as far as the grassy fork in the road go L into Milverton Village. Wherever you are at 15 mins turn around and run back the way you came. Aim to get back in 15 mins.
