Wanderung Ins Wildental
Wandeling door het Wildental, gekenmerkt door het uitzicht op de alpentoppen en de alpenlandbouw.
Deze wandeling wordt gekenmerkt door een indrukwekkend uitzicht op de rotspieken van de Schafalpenköpfe en de alpenlandbouw in het Wildental. Voor fijnproevers zijn er verschillende mogelijkheden om te pauzeren in de beheren alpenhutten.
De wandeling begint in het deel Höfle van Mittelberg. Achter een biologische boerderij gaat het via een licht stijgend grindpad met een mooi uitzicht op de tegenoverliggende Walmendinger Horn omhoog naar de beherste Inneren Wiesalpe. Vanaf hier loopt het wandelpad in het Wildental afwisselend over alpenweiden en door bosrijke stukken; altijd in het zicht zijn de rotsachtige toppen van de Schafalpenköpfe, waarover de Mindelheimer Klettersteig loopt. Het laatste stuk naar de beherste Fluchtalpe loopt iets steiler omhoog. Na een pauze op het zonnige terras volgt de wandeling eerst dezelfde weg terug, nu met een panoramisch uitzicht vanaf de Walmendingerhorn over delen van Mittelberg tot aan het Gottesackerplateau. Voorbij de Obere Wiesalpe houdt u bij de afdaling links aan via de Güterweg richting de eveneens beherste Untere Wiesalpe. Hier is nogmaals de mogelijkheid om te pauzeren. Na een korte tegenstijging via een rijweg terug naar het Mittelberger stadsdeel Schwendle.
