    The Race:
    The grand finale of the regatta — Rimau Merdeka is a flag-bearing sprint back to the Penang mainland. Crews launch from Pulau Aman, riding the ebbing tide and Force 4–5 downwind surf, carving through breaking waves and surging past the iconic bridge before the explosive finish at Waterfront Shoppes Marina.

    The Race:
    The grand finale of the regatta — Rimau Merdeka is a flag-bearing speed race back to the Penang mainland. Crews will explode off the line at Pulau Aman, harnessing the ebbing tide and wind to drive northbound, slicing past the iconic bridge and charging home to Waterfront Shoppes Marina.
