Cycle Map is still free to use, but some users are experiencing issues accessing it. This has been discussed in this topic.

TLDR: The team recently made some changes to fix this issue. Please make sure to clear your browser cache, and if needed, delete the web app and add it again.

If this doesn't work, let me know in the other topic. This way, all feedback is in the same thread.

Cycle map not showing. Is this only in Premium now. Didn't use to be.

Hi Lori - are you running any security software on your computer or network that could be hiding the "referrer" (the name of the website you are using) - some of the map types won't work if your browser hides the idenitfy of the referring website?  Try selecting a different map type to see if this makes any difference.

I can't see a map at all on Mozilla chrome or explorer.

Hi Ellie - I'm not aware of any problems at our end.  It could be that the map server was very busy.  Can you try again?  If it still doesn't work can you try clearing your browser's cache to see if this helps?

I am unable to see the map in chrome, internet explorer or microsoft edge. it just shows my starting location name.

I have tried each of the different street views.
