The direction arrows are showing correctly when creating a route but upon printing some are showing the opposite way to the direction of travel.

Both these look ok to me John when I go to print them.  Perhaps I'm misunderstanding the problem? Can you be more specific about what the issue is and exactly where on the route it occurs?

It happens when I print to PDF format.

That's very odd, as it works fine for me when I print this route to a PDF.  Are you using our "Print to PDF" option or are you printing to a PDF file via your browser or some other PDF print driver?

Woud you be able to email me the PDF file so I can take a look at it here?  You can send it via our Contact Us page.

Also, can you let me know what software you are using to view the PDF file please?

I've changed the PDF software & it's solved the problem.
