Managing Route TagsFORUMS HOME SEARCH FORUMS

We're pleased to announce a number of enhancements that we've made to the Route Tags feature to make it easier to manage and use tags. If you aren't already using Route Tags, they're a great way to organise your routes - they work a bit like folders except that routes can be assigned to multiple tags. You can learn more about Route Tags in our How-To guide: How To Put Your Routes Into Groups Using Tags.

The main changes we've made are as follows:

• We've created a new Manage Tags page, where you can review all the tags you're using, delete any you don't want and combine tags together to rationalise them.
  
  
• We've made it easier to select tags you've used before when saving a route.
  
  
• You can now see the tags assigned to a route on the View Route page in both the desktop site and the mobile app - clicking on a tag will show you all the routes you've assigned this tag to.

You can access the new Manage Tags page from your My Routes page - the button for this is displayed next to any tags you're already using.

Hopefully these changes will make it easier to manage your routes, particularly those who have a large number.
