Using Plot a Route on Android phone. Downloaded app from the website but cannot see how to grant it location services. Cannot see how to get plot a route to show my current location so I can plot a route home!

Bump for this question, this must have been asked a million times, but I can't find the answer. Any quick help, it's not in my list of apps as it seems to be linked to Chrome and I can allow Chrome to see my location, but only when using Chome. Whatever I do, it doesn't work for me???

I am sorry you encounter difficulties. 
Could you be more precise aboute these ones :

• which tool is concerned : the mobile app or the website?
• about your location : if the app is concerned => did you check your device location settings? If the website is concerned => did you authorize the browser used to locate you?
• could you explain exactly what happens when you try to use the route planner? How do you use our tools precisely?

It is when using the App, is does not show up in location services as either having it of not sleeping Zi cannot grant it access.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app tono avail...

If Jgo to plan rout it shows my location as somewhere near where I am but not precisely.
