    Hi Kaitlyn,

Just to be sure, are you looking for a way to auto-plot on prohibited roads?
    If so, this isn't possible.
Auto-plot uses OSM data and if the whole neighbourhood is not open for public use and it says so in OSM, then using auto-plot will probably set the point to the nearest plottable road or you might get an error message.

If you want to plot a route on paths/roads that aren't open to auto-plot, turning it off is the only solution.

    I hope this helps,
    Julien

I live in a neighborhood where all of the roads are marked as residential prohibited for public use which means I can plot on foot and have it snap to the roads. Is there a way to override this other than turning off snapping and having to do tiny segments at a time?
