Thanks Ian,
Devs are still looking into this. I'll update this topic as soon as they get back to me.
Regards,Julien
In the last week I have exactly the same problem as described by Maryka Sennema using Firefox on Windows. Works fine using other browsers such as Opera.
Hi Maryka,
Thanks, I'm sure this is going to be very useful for the devs (not so much for me haha).
I've shared it with the devs and will keep you updated as soon as they get back to me.

Hi Julien,
Yes I can still reproduce this error on Firefox only. The scrollbar is there no matter what size the window.
I've been told by my dev other half to say:
make overflow-y:auto on #PlotFnToolbar as :scroll always shows the scrollbar even when it doesn't need to
and .plotfntooldesc needs to be width:318px not any wider to stop the multiline thing
Hi,
I just talked this over with the devs, and they weren't able to reproduce the issue.
They were wondering if this is still happening and if resizing the windows has anything to do with it or solves it.
Let me know, and I'll share the feedback with the devs.
Thanks,Julien
Thanks for the additional information and for reporting it to Firefox as well.
I'm out of ideas, so I'll share this with the devs and get back to you as soon as possible.
All the best,Julien
Hi, I have checked my settings too and disabled all adblockers, Firefox anti-tracking tools, etc. Fonts, zoom all look fine, same as Henk has said.
I've reported it to Firefox as my web developer other half thinks FF is calculating the width of the menu bar wrong.
It was working fine on March 20th (last time I plotted a route before today). Sometime between March 20th and 25th is when it changed.
Thanks for your help.
I have checked all settings like you suggested. All are set correctly. Private browsing makes no difference. The only extension enabled is uBlock origin. Two standard installation plug-ins from Mozilla and Google. FF updates are installed automaticly. I have made no changes in de FF set up lately. What could it be??
Hi Henk,
Thanks for confirming that Maryka is not the only one experiencing this.
Let's narrow it down some more.
Under Settings > General, can you tell me if the zoom level is 100% and the "Zoom text only" box is not checked?
Also, just above this setting, under "Fonts", could you click on "Advanced" and make sure "Minimum font size" is set to "None"?
Do you have any extensions and/or accessibility features enabled?
Is the result the same in a private window?
I am experiencing the same thing in Firefox. I haven't figured out yet what it might be causing this the last couple of days. No system changes on my side.
Thanks for bringing this up.
I just tested this on Firefox, but the result isn't the same: it works fine on my browser.
Is your browser zoomed in or out?Do you use any plug-ins which might affect Firefox?
Could you try in a private window and let me know if it's the same?
Kind regards,Julien
Hi, I've tried to clear cookies/cache in Firefox but this doesn't help. Site appears normal in Chrome so I think it's a FF thing. The tools menu is annoying hidden and even more annoyingly pops out hugely when I mouse over it. See screenshots below. Is this intended or a bug? I view it as the latter as it's really not user friendly. Thanks.
