Hi everyone,
The team just made some changes to our servers to resolve the Cycle Map issue.
The Cycle Map should now be available both on the website and the web app.
If you're still experiencing this issue, make sure to clear your browser cache, and if needed, delete the web app and add it again.

I'm using Windows 11 and Chrome. I also get a blank Cycle Map screen.
However, I have experienced a similar symptoms previously and it was resolved - you may want to have a look at call 84942592.
The fault affected Virgin Media and Sky users where the customer's router had Child Safe settings enabled. This might be the same issue, or it might not.

I have tried the suggested workaround with no joy. New routes, editing existing (and save new from existing) - all blank.
Are you plotting a new route? Or editing a saved one?
A workaround for the moment would be to start plotting using a working map, save it, close, then My Routes/edit the saved route.
Hi, does anyone else get a blank screen when you select cycle map? Other maps load okay...
