    When you want to save a route this message apears and get stock or frozen, there for all the work it´s lost.

    Hi,

    Thanks for bringing this up.

    One of our servers seems to have been down this morning.

    Could you try again?

    I have just saved and edited a route, without encountering any error message.

    If you're still facing the same issue, could you check with another browser to see if it's the same?

    The problems presentes whrn ypu have a while on a route, editing or adjusting.. not if is the time is short... 

     

    I try two browser and it´s the same error... 

     

    Try editing a route and wait a while, like changing anchor points, wait a while and them try to save it...

    Hi again,

    So I left my edit screen open for about three hours and just made an edit, waited an hour again and saved the route without any issue or message asking me to check if I'm still signed in.
    At least this confirms that it's not a general issue.

    Because you have already tried two browsers, this probably excludes this possible reason.

    Do you use a VPN, or do you have any internet issues that may explain why you're asked to check if you're logged in again?
    Alternatively, do you use any extensions that could explain this?
    When you log in to Plotaroute, do you check the "keep me signed in" box?

    I hope we'll get to the bottom of this.
