Hi Broderick,
No, it shouldn't; you can use any email other than your account to get in touch via support.
I just sent the support ticket answer to your Plotaroute account email.
I hope this message will reach you.
Kind regards,
Julien
Yes the email containing the word alias is valid. I use it whenever I purchase any goods or services. For this forum I use a separate email address. Does that matter?
Hi again,
So, after sending you a direct email, I got a Mail Delivery Error: Address not found
I checked the email used to send the support ticket, and it includes the word "alias".
Did you get in touch with us with an email address that cannot receive emails?
Kind regards,Julien
I'm really sorry about this. I have just alerted our support desk provider about this to keep investigating this issue.
I'll get in touch with you via email.
Sorry Julien, still no email and I did check the Junk mailbox too.
The fact that you asked if you would receive an email about the support ticket shows that you sadly didn't receive it.I got in touch with our support desk provider, and they changed some settings that might have been causing this issue.
I just resent my previous message:
Interesting when I type my post the text is tiny and sometimes hidden but when I post it reverts to the normal size
When you say that you have answered the support ticket does that mean I will receive an email n which case none has been received. Otherwise please can you direct me to your answer (Incidentally i have no idea why this text is so small with no way of expanding it!)
Thanks for reaching out via the help desk and providing a screenshot.
I just answered the support ticket. Some users have reported not receiving my message, so please let me know if this is your case.
All the best,Julien
Has this changed since yesterday?
This looks a lot like this bug report, but it's on Firefox, not Safari. Maybe there might be a common source for this.
Could you please get in touch with me via the help desk and send the screengrab?
Right now, all works fine for me, but I wasn't able to replicate the Firefox issue either, so additional feedback is always welcome.
Menus have shrunk becoming unreadable and plotting and Editing tools are blank. It is as if the Menu boxes are using a different resolution to the text inside them. Also plotted line is thinner. Is it some (hidden) setting I have altered?
(I have a screenshot but cannot see a way of attaching it. Insert/edit image brings up a box with Source but no way of navigating to the file location.)
Mac Book Pro running Mac OS Tahoe 26.5 but was present in earlier versions.
Web browser is Safari.
