It would be nice if routes had a last modified date and or history tab. A number of routes are used for races that get modified over time (the only date that is shown is the original date) it would be nice if we could see when it was last modified and versions (apologies if these features exist I couldn't work it out)

This feature does not exist, and I don't think this request has ever been posted.
I'll add it to the Requested Features list I'm updating the devs about.
If this ever gets worked on, I'll make sure to update this topic.
