    Starting at PRG> all the way through Jephsons (down Newbold Terrace if the park is closed)>cross over at traffic lights> enter trail path that you can find opposite the exit to Jephsons Gardens and follow along the river, keep going all the way to the foot bridge>turn left follow bath back towards Newbold>at carpark turn right> turn left onto trail path at bottom of Beacon Hill follow all the way down past bike area and Newbold Comyn Arms>right up Cardiac Hill follow path ParkRun style> turn left out of Newbold to Black Lane>left on black Lane>left onto Leicester Street>left to the top of Campion hill>down hill right onto Upper Holly Walk, follow > cross Willes Road at crossing> onto Brandon Parade> Hamilton Terrace> Left onto Parade> cross at rainbow crossing> back into PRG and do a loop if needed to get your distance!!!!!!
